I appreciate these guys; small shop, personal attention, fast service and reasonable repair cost. Also, they took the time to discuss the options available to me when I broke the screen on my HP Laptop = expensive screen replacement... because I have to have top quality graphics. I went to them on the recommendation of others that highly recommended them; was happy that I did, so I too highly recommend them.
I"m in the process of returning a very high end unit to this company that I've done business with for years, because of Johs. Johs makes promises and does not follow through, John followed through, when he made a promise.

I'v been dealing with JOHN FOR YEARS, (2002 current) there are new people in place now and the service has gone to Hades, John care even though it takes a while to get something done. Since JOHS became involved everything has gone to -----------------------------!!!!!!!!!!.
