Being in the hospitality bussiness I know costumer service. The male and female working my visit were EXTREMELY friendly which is why I give such a high score. As far as workmanship and professionalism, well that's another story. The gentleman assisting with my line transfer for a free phone for instance. After the 30 to 45 mins of just waiting for assistance, I was told I had to call an get my account information and so forth.... Fine, we need that. After almost 30 mins of going in a circle I ask what I should be saying, I was completely ignored... So I then legit said out loud can someone help me and the employee said you might just want to go to the store... Oh, okay. Thank you for showing me the initiative to want to help me sir. You couldn't have just took my phone an pressed a few buttons then suggested it. After I spoke with someone and got the needed information he then had to call his own help line who got right to Verizon in minutes and got the same information in a fourth of the time. During set up process of my phone (box opening) you know you put your info in and hit next. Easy 123. One of the 3 children sitting in the car for the 3 hour duration of our visit came in and said the toddler twins had to use the bathroom. I'm looking at my new phones screen asking for my name and to hit next and him an the lady were debating the dates an times he worked. Wanting so desperately to be rude an cut there conversation off an ask if I could enter my name... I politely bit my tongue to see the extent he would take this situation. He finished the debate and wrote his whole weeks schedule in day by day into his planner before never entering my name and hitting next. And this type of scenario continued 3 to 4 more steps later I was finally fed up and cut there conversation off an asked was the setting up my information (instead of hitting skip every 8 mins)something I could do. An he then was able to hit skip every 3 seconds. My experience told me that the store and it's employees have potential but unfortunately that isn't the reality of it.
