Good specialized service and knowledgeable employees. Store is a bit small and gets cramped if more than ten people are shopping.
The staff was friendly but I just don't like the fact that you can buy six games worth about 120 bucks and come in here and only be able to trade it in for a third of what you put into it. Makes going there for games an irresponsible thing to do for a gamer like myself. They also take a long time to do what I could do in like 5 minutes.
There are several decent independent game shops in the area worth shopping at. But when what you're after isn't there, GameStop is your next best bet. Trade-in value on most stuff is ~40% of MSRP if that's what you're after. Also, don't get any warranty Plan. Ever.
