Went in to see about my cracked screen. Was told I have to call and make a claim. Which is funny since I was in at a different store and started an online claim right in front of them. So I went out and came back decided why not pay off my jump and upgrade. Well they believed I only wanted to pay the jump....no I wanted to pay the balance and then jump to an upgrade. Overall they were terrible at customer service and their attitude of "I don't want to be here was easy to see and hear in their voices.
Worst experience at a tmobile store. oh my bad a authorized retailer. i am a customer of 10+ yrs with tmobile never have i gone into a store before and the employees don't know a thing about the phones. Came in to get two new phones didnt try to set up my phone, sell me a case, offer insurance or even a screen protector. The girl just sat there and called her store manager every two minutes because she had no idea how to do anything. she needs to learn some customer service...Never going back there again.
