I wish I would have gone to the emergency room for propor care.
I went there for a pre-employment D O T physical. It could have been a real pain in the butt. But I was surprised at how easily things went. The staff was friendly and helpful . The doc. was friendly and direct. I had a very enjoyable experience.
I cannot believe the service I got after hours. I thought I was going to er and doc saved the day. Thanks Doc
My son had a large screw go through his foot on the first day on the job. The Dr was rude, did not clean the puncture or offer antibiotics even though he was covered head to toe in silt and other debris that obviously would have gotten into the puncture. Office staff lied about hipaa regulations to prevent patient support. Gave no aftercare instructions for a deep puncture wound and released him to go back to work that same day in a large very dirty warehouse, doing very manual labor when he couldn't even walk on his foot. Just gave him a tetanus shot, didn't even clean the wound well, wrapped it up and sent him on his way. They did not seem to really care about the patients well being, just covering for the company they contract with or their bad medical care one.
I cut my finger so deep that my tendon was nearly severed. These people were scared to even look at my wound yet felt they had to fulfill their contract with my employer. Signed me off to work manual labor the next day with sutures holding my tendon together.
People if you need ER treatment go to ER. I had a couple staples on my head and they were ok. They are called urgent care because you are in and out in no time. I have been to a few of them and this is by far the best one. Thank you Windsor Workcare!
