I'm not sure if they're understaffed or what but after you arrive at your appoinment they still don't call you back for an hour then once you're called to the room the doctor doesn't come in for another hour. It's terrible!
Knowledgeable and professional staff! Good patient care! However, the policy to see only 2 patients per family is ridiculous and really sucks! What about large families? My 3 younger grandsons were sick with strep throat. I was forced to spend all day at the clinic because, as a "special favor" they agreed to see 2 in the morning and the other one late in the afternoon, why not all 3 together?. All my 3 grandsons needed follow up appointments, so again they only scheduled 2 in the morning and the other one late afternoon. This is so inconvenient and unacceptable! Management must change this rule because it makes no sense and is extremely inconvenient for large families! Please, make a note of it!
