From entering the front door to leaving this dental office is top notch! They greet you by name and I've never waited longer than 2-3 mins in the waiting room! The dental assistants are always friendly and caring. There are email and/or text reminders about appointments and other technologies throughout the office. Dr. Steele is the icing on the cake! He is not only brilliant and insightful but cheerful and super friendly! Would highly recommend this office to anyone!:)
I have worked with this office for several years and have been served by both Dr. Steele and Dr. Reider. Dr. Steele, Dr. Reider and their staff have all provided an outstanding level of service and competency and I highly recommend them.
25 year old male, haven't been to the dentist in a couple years due to moving and life transition. Dr. Reider was an AMAZING dentist because he not only does an exhaustive analysis of your teeth, but also teaches you WHY he is doing what he is doing. He is relatable, friendly, and let me know all of my options without trying to sell me the most expensive treatment.
Also, the receptionists were the most kind, fun, and enjoyable people to interact with as well. I know that many people stay away from certain doctors because of their receptionists alone. This was not the case.
I would highly recommend to anyone. Honestly can't wait to come back for my checkup and cleaning!
You don't need to be afraid of the dentist anymore, this was well worth the drive from Mishawaka!
