He is a top notch dentist. I was just there today and I laughed as I was checking out saying how funny it was that I was saying what a fun time I had at the dentist.
I consider Dr. Flora a true artist, as well as a wonderful dentist. He created a beautiful smile for me - I no longer cover my mouth when I laugh or smile.
He has the latest in dental equipment that always makes patient care more comfortable and efficient. Dr. Flora also has more schooling than the average dentist which allows him to offer more services than most dentists.
He runs on time and naturally he wants his patients to be on time as well.
I have always been a bit of a chicken about going to the dentist and to help with that, he is not only very kind, always checking with me to see if I am doing okay, but he also offers nitrous to help me get through my more extensive procedures.

The reason he won it is not only because of his dental skills, pleasant and very often funny chair-side manner, but probably more so, the people he has hired to work for him. They have very low turnover and Vicky and Laura, his receptionists, are every bit as welcoming, kind and friendly as they were the first day they started.
Only 1 time in all these years has Dr. Flora or his staff ever run late for my appointment time and when he did, he compensated me for it by issuing a credit on my account.
I've been going to Greenleaf Family Dentistry for about four years now. Dr. Flora and his team are amazing, professional, and as an Infection Control Nurse, their cleaning and hygiene practices are perfect. I had a very bad (and by bad I mean 'painful') experience at another office in Mishawaka. So glad my husband had me switch to Dr. Flora's team. Same procedure in Dr Flora's office ...no pain.
