I've tried the rest & FINALLY found the BEST! From your first initial phone call to schedule an appointment you will receive "knock your socks off customer service". I've had MAJOR dental work done (several teeth pulled resulting in the need for upper & lower partials) and at no time was there ANY pain or discomfort. They take the time to make sure you understand the treatment plan and cost involved up front. PLUS, they give back to the community with an awesome food drive. I've had other dentist pull the wrong tooth, forget to check whether or not the area was numb & stick me with needles. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. Give them a call you wont be disappointed.
He was truly remarkable! I had a great experience there. I had knocked out my front tooth and needed a crown, after the week and a half at two other offices (root canals, ect.) I came to Dr. King and was amazed! Fast, friendly, and I have my smile back! I can't thank him enough!
When our dentist office closed and we were looking for a new dentist we selected Dr. King's office based on location. We called the office to make sure they were in network with our dental insurance provider. The office staff carefully answered that they accepted our carrier. Later we learned that they were not in network but "accepted" the insurance, and then they billed us in addition to the insurance company fee schedule. We felt this practice was dishonest and moved our family elsewhere.
Been going to Dr. King for many years. Excellent service, professional, friendly staff. Dr. King takes the time to explain procedures and will answer any questions to make sure any concerns are addressed. Would recommend Dr. King to anyone.
