Andrew was very polite, friendly and thorough. I have a unique situation with placement of the filter on my furnace and Andrew tried a couple different ideas to try to rectify that placement. He completed all the service checks in a timely manner was so pleasant in doing so.
John Rhoades was a great technician and did a really thorough fall check up on our system. He also gave me a heads up of things to watch for as the system ages. Great service!
My first contact with this company was with the woman who answered the phone when I called. Her name is Janice. She was very friendly, courteous, helpful and patient as I explained my water heater issue. When I asked a question she could not answer, she quickly found someone who could answer it and got the info back to me. Once scheduled, the service tech (plumber) arrived within the appointed time - calling ahead first to let me know he was coming. He did a thorough investigation of the problem, offered and discussed numerous options with us and once we made a decision, he quickly completed the installation of a new water heater and removal of the old one. He was also kind, friendly, courteous, helpful and extremely patient. My husband thought the price was high but it was comparable to other companies I contacted and they even offered a small veteran's discount when we asked for it. Overall....customer service was top notch and we will highly recommend them to anyone with complete confidence.
