After pumping my septic, the system was still backed up and so they spent extra time trying to diagnose the problem in the pipes. When they found a problem that they couldn't handle with the tools that they had, the told me what was going on and requested my permision to send another truck which had the Rooter device. It cost extra to call in the other truck but it was Very Reasonable and they got the problem fixed. All work took about an Hour But it would have been less if I didn't have a complicated job that needed extra diagnosis!!!
