I'd give this place a -10 if it would allow it. Items are junky, scratched up, dented, and the prices are jacked up. Their pretty much the only pawn shop in Elkhart enabling them to belittle you items you bring in their a stranglehold. They offer insulting prices on the things you bring in, then turn around and sell it as if it were new. You could buy the same item in stores for couple bucks more if not the same price. The staff are a joke treating customers like they're crackheads or junkies with the prices w.w.p.offers. Only go there if your severely desperate and want to be insulted. Please post and spread the word.
Horrible place, majority or employees or incredibly lazy and super slow, also way over weight and smelly, so that whole time you wait forever, you smelly there fatass!!!
Friendly staff, great pricing, and wide variety. It's just that the service isn't very prompt. One person working the register and taking inquiries while another is doing something?... in the back and another just sits at the jewelry section while no-one is there. Aside from that, it's a pretty good place, just need to work on customer service a bit more.
I had trouble after my kids leap pad was stolen and the manniger tried to help and didn't mind my wife's attitude and explained that the people who did it are banned for life that it really nice to no that they don't tolerate having stolen property
My boyfriend and I went in to purchase a ring on a friday. The purchasing part wasn't bad. The ring didn't fit and the guy told us that they had a person who would size it, they would do it for free since we spent over a certain amount. He told us that the person worked on the weekends and that we could possibly get it Monday (trying to get my hopes up I'm sure) but it could take 7 days. He said they would call. Monday went by no call. Then no calls through the rest of the week. So my boyfriend went Friday (7 days) to see what was going on. And the guy was really rude and told him it wasn't there. No call all weekend or Monday (the following week) so my boyfriend went in Tuesday. The rude guy wasn't there but a lady helped him she went back and the ring was there she said it had been there for a week.. well my boyfriend expressed his dissatisfaction and she apologized. But we will never shop there again!
