Thanks to Darin, I was able to walk in and purchase a new chain, not the 2nd but 3rd time. The reasons I had to purchase again and again was solely due to mistakes at my own fault. I had previously written a disparaging comment about Sorg Jewelers regarding an unfortunate miscommunication that transpired in dealing with them that left me a little unsatisfied-- but in light of how they dealt with that situation since i made that comment, I feel that they have completely rectified the situation, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
Customer service is top-notch, and they resized my ring so beautifully. You would never even know work was done, it is so flawless! You can tell that they have a rich customer service model and they care about their business. I will return!
My fiancé and I went there to get my engagement ring. They let us customize it with no extra cost. They also ordered in several stones so he could choose the one he liked the best. The experience was great I felt like my fiancé got so much say in my ring which made it more special to me. It came quickly, my grandma, mother and I all have got our wedding rings there.
