I went to the business as a first timer nervous that the hairstyle I wanted would not be created. This was completely wrong. It was a very enjoyable experience and Elgin made sure to put me at ease. I love my hair cut and will continue to return as a bi weekly customer. My price was $21 for my hair cut but I tipped an extra $9 for the amazing service. If you want a quality hair cut go here! They are fast friendly and convenient!
