I was at a salon before this and they had a small mess up on my undercut, so I decided to go to great clips just to fix it (literally all she needed to do was blend two lengths together with 1 quick sweep... if I had the tools to do so I could do a better job myself...). The woman, right before cutting my hair, said "All I can do is fade it, you know that right?" I nodded because, I was sure that wasn't all she could do, but yes I needed a fade. She proceeded to just razor it up, instead of blending it. All she did was move the past mess up higher on my head, it still needed to be blended. However, on the other side, she just razors the whole side to one length. It took a total of 1 minute... including the walk to the chair. I then paid $14 dollars and was asked for a tip. If you want a quick, simple, minimal quality haircut, this is okay for you, however way overpriced. But if you want a nice, somewhat quality haircut, never come here. I will never be coming back. The good thing, though, is my hair will grow out within a couple weeks. But I will have to deal with this uneven mess until then. :(

Been coming here for awhile. Checked in with my son. He was taken right away and my name was below his with nobody else on the board. Absurd and we won't be back. Service has been getting worse for awhile. I will go with the location where Katie went. Unacceptable. The workers stand there a yap forever and wonder why people walked out.
I walked waited like 10 minutes was 3rd in line then people came in AFTER me and they were called up first. This check in online is bs. Expecially when i have to wait for people that isnt even there that goes before i do after i waited 10 or so minutes.
Clean, very friendly for the most part. I enjoy the convenience of nearby stores and restaurants.
They where fast and did a great job with my husband's and daughters hair.
