Went in on a sunday at 4:00 P.M with a friend , there being one other customer the lady rushed us to pick out our colors , and get one of us started . She started painting my friend showed her a picture of nails she wanted and insisted it would be $10 more to put sparkles on a painted nail? Then when questioned she slamed the nail polish down and began doing it . When she was finished my friend accidentally hit a nail and messed up ONE FINGER of the nail polish the lady then began yelling "we do not have time for this we are about to close" mind you by that time it was only 4:20 P.M . Decided to get my nails done after and their terrible she did not Take her time what so ever . Not to mention when i left the other customer who had walked in right after me and was not helped the whole entire time we both were getting our nails done , i went to biggby and at 5:05 P.M the customer was standing outside . She was KICKED out by these people , was waiting for a ride . And i know for a fact that didnt spend no more then 5 minutes on her nails. Had to get mine RE DONE the next day by a new place . I highly do not recommend this place for anyone . After reading all the crazy reviews , i wish i would have done that first . Worst service i have EVER had .
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I watch them lie to me, my wife and other customers. They have no problem turning down and refusing business. Never willing to go the extra mile. It is first come first serve they do not do appointments. Last time I went I had to redo my toenails because they were so bad. If you've never had a manicure or a pedicure and are worried about your "image", I would suggest going here because they don't care about you so you don't have to worry about caring about them or being courteous. There are no fears of etiquette or protocol when walking through these doors. Oh and one last thing, if you're tight on time and have a schedule to keep don't go here make sure you have plenty of time.

Worst nail salon I've ever went to. Didn't even do my cuticles. It looked completely sloppy and I still ended up pay 48$ for a full. And not even 2 days later nail polish is chipping off.
Worst customer service ever. I accidentally hit my nail on my other one and she started getting rude when I showed her and asked her to fix it, telling me she didn't have time for this. She was rushing to get mine done as well as my friend I went with. I also asked her to remove a little hair I seen on one of my nails while she was doing them and she sighed under her breathe and gave me a dirty look. I just got them done yesterday and my nails already look like they need a fill. Won't be going back there again. If you want a place that's a friendly environment and want someone who actually acts like they like their job then I suggest you not go here.
