Think about it with only 4,000 miles how can a beautiful class A motorhome that cost over $100,000.00 have so much abuse??? All I know is nothing made sense and thinking about it after we said we were going to walk away no apologies were made, no offers were giving we just drove 734 miles you would think that maybe a manager would come and introduce himself apologize and offer a ride to get a rent a car or a hotel instead we were left to make our own arrangements with our suitcases, dog and dog crate 1/2 hour before closing. We ended up having a rental car pick us up and we left Indiana 5:00 pm for our 734 mile ride back home with nothing.
I recently returned from a camping trip where I experienced a leak around my water pump, which created issues when we needed to use the water. I called Total Value Rv to schedule the warranty work. I told the service representative that I need this fixed ASAP as I had another trip scheduled within the next 2 weeks. Without question they accommodated my request and got it resolved before my next trip. I will not hesitate to call this dealer in the future for repairs and I highly recommend them to friends and family.

First of all I'm a very easy going person but after driving home 734 miles WITHOUT a RV was very disappointing. I gave a deposit for a used 2016 Class A motorhome that I was told it was "like new" and I would not be disappointed that nothing was wrong with it. I gave them over a week to have the RV ready for pick up. My husband and I took 2 days off of work and rented a car and drove 734 miles to take delivery of our RV . When we started our walk through my husband noticed the back and the front of the RV was painted. When we continued to the inside of the RV we noticed that the washer and dryer were taken out which cause a deep scratch in the cabinet , The heater control knob on the dash was missing. The shower door was broke, the fireplace was replaced, there was a cracked tile in the living room (which I was told another one was already replaced before we got there). We know the RV was used and it should have some wear and tear, we were thinking about it and we were willing to overlook most things but the deal breaker was the generator, they couldn't get it to stay running and when it did it was not producing power to any of the appliances. That was it! The camper was nothing but problems my husband believes that the camper was either in an accident or maybe it was stolen and recovered.
