Wonderful place! Very thorough. Sweet and polite Vet and techs. Great prices as well! My pup is easily scared, we we're shocked as to how calm he was. We could tell they truly cared about our baby. That means a lot! Definitely recommend!
Our Rosey loves Dr. Bob
Dr. Bob is, WAS, a good, caring doctor, it's his "office manager" who is the problem. I used to work there. She makes the rules, she over charges and if you call for Dr. Bob and she doesn't feel like it's important she won't even tell him you called. We were taught to tell people he wasn't available, even if he was. She of course was paid the most (she also writes her own payroll check ha) and didn't do basic necessities. When she "cleaned" the kennels from the declawed cats, there was always blood left all over the cage, we had to go behind her and clean up. Sadly that's not the worst or the end of it.
After 3 years, they finally realized I was gay, suddenly everything changed. I knew they weren't fond of gay people as we had some gay clients and of course they ran their mouth; I thought they got to know me after three years, maybe they would treat me different. Wrong. One day one of the other girls pulled my pants down in front of everyone, to see what kind of underwear a lesbian wore. Of course I tell Dr. Bob, this is pretty serious in my opinion. He tells me that he will talk to the girls involved. After the "talk" he tells me we were all horse playing and I was involved and "yelled" at all of us for "playing around." Do you really think I had consented to having my pants pulled down in front of multiple people?? At work? No. He blew me off. That was my last straw, I found a new job. Now the funny part, they even gave me bad work references. Guess being gay means you don't have a good work ethic.
I took my great dane to Dr Bob. He and his staff are amazing! Im getting ready to set up an appointment for next week for our new addition Baylee
Very good vet took care of my cat
There was a family who admitted to physically abusing a siamese kitten, their son hit the kitten with a bat, and Dr. Bob refused to turn them in. Now before that kitten, their other son knowingly put advantix on another cat, which advantix is deadly for cats. We had to put that cat down.
Now the worse side.
There was a time a black family came in as a walk in, close to closing time, the girls were instructed to stay behind the counter, just in case. Need I say more?
