The wonderful vet (I believe her name is Dr. Beth, but I'm not great with names) called me after each visit to inform me of how it went and what she recommended. She also took the time to educate me on what to look for and answer any questions I had. All of the ladies in the front office are friendly, sweet and extremely caring towards all the fur-babies they see. I have found the one and only Veterinarian's Office I trust to look after my sweet fur-children.
Where to start. What a high priced mess of a place to take your animals. I have four dogs and would never recommend this place to anyone. If you want rude staff and vets that don't obviously read charts from the vet at the same clinic that looked at your animal before then this is the place for you. I'll stick with animal care clinic north !!! Probably the rudest front staff in the business !!
Please avoid this place like the plague. I took my two dogs in to get up to date on all of their shots and to have a basic exam. This required them to draw blood to run some tests. No big deal. We sit my oldest dog on the table and I try and hold her while the blood is being drawn. She starts the squirm so the nurse says they are going to take her back to have the vet tech hold her. No big deal. 10 minutes and hearing A LOT of yelping later, the vet walks in to tell me that everything is fine and she has calmed down for them. I ask about the yelping and she told me that it was just from the needle and she will be back shortly. 10 more minutes later the nurse walks in with my dog, covered in pee. "She had an accident while we had her and we wiped her down the best that we could." I am at this point speechless as they take my younger dog back to get his blood drawn. I literally had to clean my dog up because she was tracking urine around the examination room, and give her a full bath later because the pee was matted into her fur. The whole time I am doing this I hear my little dog yelping in the back. 10 more minutes later the little dog and the vet come in. It turns out while they were in the back they did not only a blood draw, but all the vaccines, and the exam. I have NEVER been to a vet where they did not do all of this in front of me. THEY DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR MY PERMISSION. When I confronted the vet about this she deflected my questions and basically ushered me out as soon as possible. So now I have to take it on faith that they performed all of the services they said they did. I have records to show that my dogs had these shots, but I have to trust that it was actually performed. With the display I mentioned above I am not sure that I do trust that it happened. I also was not offered the preventative heart worm medicine. I had to ask for it. This was far and away the worst display of compassion for animals I have ever witnessed, alongside the worst customer service. Please do yourself a favor and do not take your pets here.
The staff were all extremely friendly and caring. Dr. Anderson was awesome! She really cares about animals and spent a lot of time asking questions about our dog's health. We would highly recommend this clinic.
Always very kind and friendly here. We have taken our pets here for several years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They have always taken such great care of our pets.
Animal Aid Clinic South is extremely flexible when you have a crazy schedule. I had two fur-babies I needed to have seen for colds at different times, but my schedule did not fit well with that. Britt assured me it wouldn't be an issue. I had a drop off appointment the next morning!
