After purchasing merchandise online from Ultra-Fab Products, my father has had fraudulent activity on his bank account. He has never had problems until purchasing from this company. Hundreds of dollars have been taken from his account and used to buy gift cards for his mother (Who has been dead for 10 years.) The gift cards were sent to a fake email address and a fake phone number was used. We will continue to get to the bottom of this but my suggestion would be avoid this company AT ALL COST!!!

I had some trouble with a UF tongue jack and these guys bent over backwards to help me and finally shipped me a new and better model at no cost, even shipping. I had purchased a refurbished model that has been discontinued, but I would highly recommend this company.
