Not sure what the issue was with the other review, seems to have an issue filling out warranty forms. I don't know any company that doesn't require information for warranty replacement.
Their products are JUNK. Their unit failed within less than 2-hours of use and they want you to fill out 7 yes that is 7 pages of warranty documents. You will get nothing but an argument..
