It cool but dont expect dem to fix things right away

Clean but definitely trashy in its own way
Did not run a credit check but still charged 50 bucks did not send anything stating why denied and would not return phone calls so think they have a real problem with management there
To bad that they are forcing all the older trailers out, so the older people that have lived there on a fixed income are being thrown out with no were to go. It's to bad there trailer are paid but still they pay 450.00 a month for lot rent. You do all you own yard work and if they mow it they charge you a crazy amount. The are replacing with new trailers and rent is 700 to 850.00 a month. It's looking better but you still get the same kind of people that it will live there 6months and then lose there trailer because they can't afford it. It also seems everyone Owens a pit bull for a dog. It's were people go for housing when there unable to go anywhere else. It's like a buy here pay here car lot where you only live there 3 to 4 months and you loose our trailer form the high rent and not keeping up your yard. Or loosing your job. Then kick you out keep you deposit and last month rent and your sued for the rest of your lease and damages to something made so cheaply. It's a trailer park in all the was possible. High crime and stolen stuff is everyday life. If you leave it outside and not locked down, it will be gone.
