Fear-based culture with incompetent management who rule with an iron fist. Drivers are treated like any other transportation company (expendable costs to be trimmed when possible). Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
This is a terrible company that will take advantage of you at any and every opportunity. I have witnessed their antics from an outsider's perspective. You have been warned.
I have never worked for a place like Pinnacle. A place where the owner will take time to listen to you, both driver and employee alike. Very family orientated and pet friendly. Other reviews have stated incompetent management. My experience with the management team have been challenging but supportive non the less. They invest in their employees and drivers, encourage growth and give you the tools to empower you. I suppose that means Pinnacle is not for everyone. Pinnacle actually wants employees who strive to do their best. It is definitely not a place for those who do not wish to work or put effort into their job.
Edit: It appears the owner of the company was offended by a former employee posting honestly about their experiences, and decided to retaliate by posting deliberate misinformation. Odd that they never replied to any other reviews. Must've struck a nerve.
I am a long time contractor with pinnacle there a great family oriented business to work for...especially the dispatcher Mary and Bethany they are extremely helpful courteous and professional there are several people in the office that make the experience here at pinnacle a delightful one
Definitely the best place I have ever worked at. The company truly cares about their employees and drivers. They strive to be people orientated and go above and beyond expectations to please. I am so thankful to be a part of the Pinnacle family!
And yes, I have never been happier.
