These people are literally incapable of getting work done on time or right. In the last 15 times I've had a truck worked on they only finished 1 when they said they would.
Probably a profitable move for Penske to aquire Old Dominion Truck Leasing. Not such a great move if you were an Old Dominion Truck Leasing customer. Penske wasn't ready to take on the additional work load that came with the merger. Long lines at the fuel pumps, longer waits on services, are a few of the collateral damages to the quality of service.
