The breakfast sucked to be honest not much hot food just always waffles and sasage or bacon and the ladys up front are rude and theres to much cemicols in the pool not ok the room was nice other then them things it was ok
Great service. Got early check in without a problem. The room was comfortable and quiet. Very convenient location near Elkhart.
Seriously disappointed!! We go to a local hotel every Christmas. We most certainly will not be back to this one.
We are local to this hotel. Our family stayed there for one night on Christmas to enjoy the pool, hot tub and sauna. The pool was cold. The hot tub was anything but hot or even warm. It was seriously freezing - I don’t even think it was 80 degrees. The sauna was okay, but there was nothing provided to make it steam. We asked the front desk employee about the hot tub and she said that she couldn’t help us, that it was a maintenance issue. She was not maintenance. It being Christmas night, she said we were out of luck. Too bad.
Not great. Much more expensive than the very similar hotel in Omaha, but the Omaha hotel was gorgeous. Rooms here were barren and huge, like sleeping in a warehouse. 19 individual movement-sensetive lights that would turn off. Only bonus was the roomy, cavern style shower I actually loved. Check in was rude like I was inconveniencing her, too.
The staff here is fabulous. The rooms are neat and clean. The pool and hot tub is really nice.
