First time staying at this brand hotel. The staff was friendly and quick to get me checked in. The room was very clean and the beds were neat. I like the room's wall mounted nightstand and TV and the occupancy switches throughout. They made the room look more tidy and advanced. The bathroom was clean also but the water tasted a little odd. I was missing a shampoo so I washed my hair with the bar soap. Breakfast was to be expected as it was similar to other chains.
We checked in late and turned in shortly after so we weren't there long.
Bait and switch... get you in on an agreed construction rate and then change the rate. Unprofessional and a smack in the face to the ones that travel for a living and provide them with 80% of their income.
Breakfast wasn't anything special, but it was nice to have the option. I'd stay overnight again.
I booked a room for two adults and one teenager, but when I got to the hotel to check in, they told me the window seat counts as sufficient sleeping space for a third person. Offered a roll-away bed at an additional charge that didn't fit in the room. Finally got us into an adequately sized room (again for an additional charge) and then charged me for two rooms, instead of the one room for one night. In the morning, found that breakfast was very sparse. Incredibly dissatisfied with this experience and will never stay there again.
I have no complaints. It was clean and quiet, and those are high on my priority list!
Bed was comfy enough. We had one small issue with our bed linen, but it was resolved quickly.
Very clean. Helpful and friendly. Easy to find. Good location for restaurants.
