I have no complaint about the product I received; however, the customer service was terrible. I don't fault the rep, she tried to do what she could. I ordered a patio set with "quick ship" fabric which was supposed to ship within two weeks. They gave me a shipping date of longer than a month. When the set finally arrived (later than scheduled) we checked for damage but didn't put the set together right away because our patio needed some additional work. When we did put it together, we discovered there were no legs or base for the table. I notified them immediately and am now being told that the base will ship out at the end of this week, after waiting for 3 weeks. And this is customer service????? They should have gotten a base to me immediately when I notified them ours was missing. Instead they said a "claim" would have to be filed. They did rebate me $100 for the delayed shipping but provided no reason why it was delayed.If you order from this company don't expect quick service.
