DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! When i first got furnature from them i was missing one of my debi cards andwhen they came to pick up furniture a couple days ago MY NEW IPHONE 6S THAT I GOT FROM CHRISTMAS AND MY 40 DOLLAR CHEESECAKE FACTORY GIFT CARD WAS STOLEN AS WELL! When i tried to contact the store manager Named BILL to see if they recovered it HE GAVE ME INSTANT ATTITUDE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME!!! Do not trust them to install any furniture. The delivery guys looked kinda off to me anyways but i paid no mind. AND THEY BROKE MY LAMP.! I Would Take My Business Elsewhere.
Would give 0 stars if possible. When they came to pick up stuff they destroyed the dry wall, door way, totally disrespected my things and my dog. I wasn't there so I don't know what they did to my dog but she was not herself when I came home. I don't know who let them in to even get stuff from home. My washer and dryer are scratched very badly and there was no reason for any of this, they had plenty of room to move things and I had it ready for them for when they got there. But, they were over 2hours past the deadline time to be there so I left and went fishing. When I got home things were gone and stuff was wrecked and dog was acting abused and different. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND AARON'S TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHING. THEY WEREN'T EVEN THE SLIGHTEST BIT APOLOGETIC ABOUT MY THINGS AND THE GUY HUNG UP ON ME. TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL AND TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THERE PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE ABOUT THE SITUATION.
This place is full of s**t. They give you a time window so they can deliver or pick up things from their store. But they never arrived doing that window time. And when I called the old lady at the store, just keep giving stupid ass excuses why I’ve wait for over 2 hours to come pick this mess up. The stuff I’m returning will be staying at Aaron’s. I’m extremely PO!!!!!
Staff acted like it was an inconvience to help me. Had to walk around the store for a good 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me when I was ready to make a rental agreement. I was going to be purchasing a new couch and they said it would be the floor model I saw (which in my opinion was not in new condition). I asked for a new one to be ordered and both the GM and sales staff acted as if this was a big problem. I was told there was an order fee and was charged that on the spot. After I received my receipt I waited for more information and the sales staff ask why I was still standing there. I told them I needed my rental agreement, payment details, etc. They could not provide me with any rental agreements, payment information or anything important pertaining to my purchase. They said I could complete that with the delivery folks in a week or come back into the store - essentially all I had to show for my couch purchase was a $43 receipt. This did not seem professional or secure at all so I eventually asked for a refund and left the store. I will never be shopping at Aaron's again or recommend it to anyone.
