The front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. Management not much better. Very disappointed.
It has been a few years since I had an exam and I had to have my eyes dilated (which was a first for me). I felt that I had a through and quick exam.The staff was very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered. Can't wait to get my new glasses! I will not go anywhere else for the care of my eyes.
I was very happy with the quick and Great service your company has given me. I had an eye exam and glasses made from another company and they messed it up. $$$$ down the drain. Dr. at Michiana eye care center did another complete exam and found the OTHER exam was wrong! Thank You very much for your help!

The front desk staff had me checked in and back to an exam room within one minute of arriving. Dr. Brown eased my anxiety about the procedure and immediately went to work removing the object.
