Horrible place for health care. The actual care is satisfactory, but the facility is a dump and scheduling is a nightmare. Just had a referral from my doctor to an office there. I called to confirm it because they always mess it up. Sure enough, the Clinic had no idea of what was sent to them. I called my doctor and got scheduled at a different facility. Had LOTS of similar problems with treatment for my Dad and Mother-in-law. Oh, they close at noon Friday. Good for them, bad for everyone else. That is typical though. The patient DOES NOT come first. Go anywhere else if you can. Plan on L-O-N-G waits even if you have an appointment. Trust me, you're better off anywhere else.

I've been going to the Elkhart Clinic there for over six years. Never had a bad experience. True that if you're going for bloodwork, avoid Monday morning at all cost! Very busy! However, the registration staff is always pleasant and I love and trust my doctor to the fullest. Also went to a gastro doctor last year and was treated very well.
I tried to contact the Imaging department where I had the scan done. No answer and no voice mail there. As soon as I can get through to Imaging, I will have them send my information to a different facility!
Dr. Uy is a great doctor! He knows everything about his area of practice and has a great bedside manner, as well. He is very dedicated to his field and making sure patients know all their options and feel well.
I've been a patient of various doctors at the Clinic for more than 40 years. Verious offices within the Clinic are very difficult to work with. I've been trying to talk to someone (anyone) in the ENT department for 2 days to see if they have the results of a test I had Monday morning at the Clinic. I still have no answer.
