Not happy at all with this store. I have been a customer for a long time. I don't buy clothes very often but was always able to find something in the store at concord mall. I was in this store the weekend of 3/11/18 the employees were very rude, not helpful at all !!! They even had 2 employees standing in the back with the door open eating and not out helping anyone. The selection was very poor and when I asked about it I was told because of the sale they had sold out. I asked about checking jeans out on line and the clerk no name tag acted like it was a hassle. If I ever go back it won't be for a very long time in hopes they get the store back on track. Very Very disappointed!
This year on Palm Sunday (Mar. 20) , my daughter & I visited your Elkhart store and was treated beyond rude by your employee named Tammy. Her attitude was very disrespectful, she should never be working in retail. I made a comment to my daughter, under my breath, as she was walking away, that she needed an attitude adjustment, never thinking she heard me, she came back to the counter and said very confrontational, and I quote, " what did you just say?" I was so taken aback that I could barely respond. This is not the first time she has treated me this way. Upon entering the store that day I met 2 friends and when I recounted my experience, they told me that she had treated them the same way. I used to make calls for you, but declined to do so this last time if she was on the schedule. I've not been back since and I used to spend a great deal of money in your store.
