Will never return to this store again... We was school shopping and my 12 and 13 year olds came to me saying some lady was following them I walked up to the lady that was following them (that works at the store) she was as rude and giving us dirty looks... No worries some other store was more happy to take our $$$$ and the only reason I gave a star cuz it won't let me post
I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN THE LADY AT THE SERVICE DESK WAS SO RUDE TO ME AN MY MOM BECAUSE OF A RETURN ITEM but this not the first time this happened
My family and I just walked into the store to go clothes shopping for one of our childen and immediately get questioned about stealing store merchandise. Now with shrugging that off after explaining we had just walked into the store we are then being followed by store employees and having groups of them pointing fingers at me and my faimly. Completely disrespectful and rude. We will NOT be doing any shopping here ever.
higher end stuff, a bit pricey but if you want quality then go here
Will never return to this store, and it used to be a favorite. I ordered a new mattress, box spring, and the additional protector. I was promised "white glove delivery" from Carson's. What I received was an out of state independent contractor who broke my front door, left trash on my floor, and didn't bring the mattress protector I paid extra for. I immediately contacted the store and spoke with Tom, who sold me the merchandise. He told me he would call customer service and get back with me. Here we are, 10 hours later and I've received no assistance. Merry Christmas indeed.
