I am wedding dress shopping and had an appointment there last week. Was not happy at all with the customer service, or should I say lack of it. The sales clerk was rude and not very helpful. You would think when you are going to be spending $1200 - $1600 they would do what they could to help you. The sales clerk I had did no more than she had to, and would not take the time to find out answers for questions I had about other dresses or tux rentals for a destination wedding. They also did not have a very big selection of dresses. I will not be going back there and would not recommend them to anyone.

I came in to shop for a special occasion I have coming up. When I walked in the door, the two women at the front glanced at me and turned their heads. I was never once greeted or asked if I needed assistance while I shopped. When I left, the same two women were in the exact same spot and didn't say a word to me. I felt like I wasn't good enough to shop there and was very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received.
