Amazing women who are eager to help you if what awaits at Ashley Rene's. My parents couldn't come with me to find a prom dress because of health issues and the staff were so understanding. They took payment over the phone, made sure everything was set and finished for me, and even were making sure I had all the records and receipts I need for my parents. These ladies are the best you could work with. It's a humorous, warm, fun atmosphere, even on a busy Saturday the ladies never lost their smiles.
I have known Ashley for almost 3 years & she is so smart and in-the-know with what she is doing with her business!! When you walk in to Ashley Rene’s the workers are so beyond helpful and kind and them along with the atmosphere just make you feel like a princess! I love this place and not to mention they have the most beautiful, and quality dresses I have ever seen! I wish I could give Ashley Rene’s 1000 stars!
To give you an idea, I travel 5 hours to get to Ashley Rene's! First indication you are in for a fabulous time, the staff! This is not a snobby, stuffy atmosphere! Every employee is super helpful and listens to your needs and carefully considers budget and style, even encourages to "try it on" before your dismiss the options. Attention to detail and quality products makes it an easy task to find a perfect dress. But dealing with the staff is what makes the task truly enjoyable. Convenient store hours, exciting trunk shows, knowledge of products, and friendly, smiling faces.... it's no wonder I have traveled to this store for over 6 years. Hands down, I recommend this prom and pageant store to everyone!
