My unit is a Country Coach and has not the typical topper awnings. I expected the worst as is what I usually get when repair shops see the coach and have to fix unusual items like my slide toppers that are attached to the side wall and not the end of the slide.
Called while traveling in the area and the owner told us he would work us in, even though they were busy. We had two issues which were solved efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. We would highly recommend RV one.
I was in the Elkhart area and needed an emergency repair on my slide topper awning. They got me in in a couple of days, fixed the problem with out having to order some expensive parts. The price was very reasonable. I would rate them as A+++. I did not have to ask the price up front, they did not charge me any extra for an emergency repair. As this was in the middle of the busy season I felt very lucky to have found guys who were experienced, fixed the problem right away and were fair with the price.
