An assignment was sent to them and an appointment was made for an estimate at 9:00 am. At 9:20, the estimator arrived at the office and could not locate the assignment to write the estimate. It's possible that the assignment was never sent by USAA Insurance but USAA assured me that they did. The signage is extremely poor for the body shop and estimating center and with all the activity of a very busy Ford dealership I found the whole experience stressful and confusing.
