I cannot say enough good things about this place. Even when it's busy, the staff is very kind and courteous! They helped me out with a flat and even put my spare back under my car. Keep up the good work!
This location sucks the supervisor by the name of Mike was very rude!!!! I don't recommend this location to anyone!!! Please stay away!
I recently rushed in (close to their closing time) with my 2 rear tires not holding air. They were from a very recently purchased entire set from a different auto repair shop. The guys at Discount Tire were excellent! Instantly found the problem, took the time to show me and , unbelievably , didn't charge a thing. They'll absolutely be getting my future business. Btw, while waiting, I noticed their tire , wheel, etc prices were probably the best around. Highly recommended!
This place would be great if you didn't always have to wait forever! I would rather pay a little more and get better service.
Our tires were completely bald and they did an excellent job finding us the best price and quality. The store manager worked with us personally and they promised a wait time of two hours. We were out of the door in 40 minutes! Amazing service.
