Quick service. Very helpful service. Actually walked around and lit up my options for Led Marker lights. Went outside with me to make sure the lights worked. Spent a good hour or so showing me hitch locks, lights and stabilizer jacks(which by the way was the best price I found in the three states I checked). I recommend this establishment to anyone. Even if u are just passing through like me. The next time I come through Elkhart I will stop again.
From the moment I walked into Dan's service center I was treated just like family everything that I got for my truck was highly explain to me more than once as many times as you need it great people I don't know what else to say besides they're great people that are there for you they work with you they teach you how to use the equipment great people and I highly recommend them to anybody that needs any kind of trailer equipment tool boxes turno covers whatever you need for your truck you need to go to Dan's service center and get it because there's nobody else that would treat you like they will. Ryan and his father are very knowledgeable people about what you're getting ready to do they want you to be safe and understand the equipment that you use so you can be safe for yourself and other people wonderful people they've got my business for as long as I do this whatever I get for a truck it will come from Dan's service center.

Walked in just to get an idea on pricing on a hitch I needed to start hauling for a local company was treated like family from the moment I got there in fact they never discuss with me what I needed to buy instead they taught me how to use it. I spent over 2 hours they're learning about the equipment that I was going to need for the job that I am taking they spent all this time never asking me how much if anything I would spend in their store they didn't care they were more concerned with taking proper care of me and making sure I was educated and not going to be a Hazard To Myself or anyone else on the road. Ryan at the counter is amazing knows more about every product in that store than information I can forget the rest of my life. I would recommend Dan's hitch world to anyone anywhere in this country wherever you're at whatever you need make the drive it's worth its weight in gold.
