I have never had as terrible customer service as I did today when I went to this store. When I first got there I waited at the register for at least 5-10 minutes. Once the girl came up to me she didn’t even say hi how Can I help you or anything. Just looked at me. When I said I’d like a sprinkle donut she said which one really rude like and didn’t even look at me. I also noticed she and the other girl working with her were VERY rude to the guy before me and got an attitude with him when he said his order wasn’t right. Then the girl that helped me put my drink down and didn’t even say what it was or if it was mine. I just had to guess that the guy ahead of me didn’t order an iced coffee.... At least the drink and donut were both good like always....

Great donuts and coffee, but as a mother of many children and an infant, I thought that not being able to choose what type of donuts you get in your dozen, unless you go inside is unacceptable.
The best place to grab coffee and breakfast at 4 am. Employees are always cheerful and service is exceptionally fast. Highly recommend.
And I take advantage of the DD card... Makes it even better... Love doing business at this location
I'm here nothing less than 7 times a week... For a couple years.. I've never 1 time had rude service...
They know how to make my drink perfectly... No matter how hard my day was I always smile when I pull away from here... A+ customer service...
