So I had to edit my review from 5 stars to 2 stars and from 100% recommendation, to no recommendation...bought a used boat 2 MONTHS ago. And already having issues. Took it to them TWICE already. I should not be having to invest money to then already granted it being a used boat. Highly disappointed with them...this is just a "Buyer Beware" review. Hope everyone has better luck with them than I did if you choose to go with them!!!
Always reliable, gets my boat to my dock on time and clean every year. We also love visiting there to get expert advice and help on boating products. We became "lakers" thanks to the pro shop!
Great service!!! had exactly what i was looking for and was shipped out immediately. If i need anything else i will be doing business with Wakeside in the future!

I bought a Pontoon boat from a Marina in sister lakes Michigan. It was a brand new Berkeshire boat when I purchased it and had warranty issues that Burkeshire was going to take care of. The man at the marina here were I purchased the pontoon refused to do anything about the warranty issue and left me high and dry. I called forest river marina which is a Berkshire Hathaway Company and they specialize in Southbay boats and Berkshire. They Informed me that they are no longer doing business with this Marina I purchase it from and put me in contact with Wakeside Marina in Elkhart Indiana. I spoke with Meghan and Jamie on several occasions and they were always very professional and very polite and they have always stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Their communication to me, the customer service was far beyond what I ever expected and which I never had from a Marina by me.here in sister Lakes. I would highly recommend them and I am going to be using them as mine Marina from this day going forward. Jamie and Megan both hit the ball out of the park for me and I truly appreciate them both .
