Well organized and the manager is always helpful and genuine.
So my friend and I decided to go to Shoe Carnival to look at shoes, like everyone does while there. As we were looking around, employees were kindly asking if we were looking for anything specific, but we weren't. So we made our way to the back of the store where there is a mini basketball hoop that customers are allowed to shoot on.
It has a great sale going on and the were very helpful and informative
Great service, large selection, priced right, had an issue with a pair of shoes, no questions asked, they replaced them
Amazing staff!! Went in with an issue of my own making and the staff did everything they could to resolve my issue! Jake went way out of his way to help!! You all deserve a raise!!! Will forever be buying my shoes @ this store!
We finally left, but with our pockets full of $200 each. We both saw shoes we wanted, but we'll just get them somewhere else.
As we proceeded to shoot on the mini hoop, we were approached by a fat white male employee. He told us "you must leave if you are here to just shoot on the basketball hoop." Even though we were clearly looking for shoes prior to that. So we proceeded to look at shoes. We were soon approached again by the same white male that looks like he still lives with his parents at the age of 40. He soon told us to leave the store or he will call the cops on us for trespassing.
