We jumped through all there hoops and she even asked questions that were none of her business from my job and we were going to buy the trailer outright for 20k we were just trying to get back on our feet and we were denied because our car was to ugly for their park so much for Christian way it is not there.
Was a very quiet place when it had mainly older residents but has been under new management and younger people have moved in and alot more disturbances

Do NOT rent to buy any kind of mobile home from this park, because they may screw you and make your life miserable, as they are doing to a friend of mine. She is in litigation with them for several criminal infractions, including intimidation, harassment, theft and destruction of property. No joke. I implore you to seek somewhere else to move your home, or to rent a home from.
