Had to deal with Myers trust both as a buyers and as a seller. Buying experience was OK ( they were very active at the beginning of the process and not so agile after few viewing).
In overall perspective they do care ( service) more for buyers in comparison to sellers.
I lived in a house that was being rented and the owner was going to sell the property. Andrew Myers wanted to take pictures and do measurements while I was still living in the house and said he was going to try to get the rental company to force me to let them in the house even though it was only the 11th day of the month and I still had over half the month before I moved out. He was very rude and did not care about my work schedule and was essentially trying to force me to do what he wanted. I do not believe he cares about people and maybe he only cares about money. I wonder if that is the way he practices real estate, Hopefully that is not a representation of this company.
Selling the real estate with them was unsatisfactory. Care for commissions unfortunately prevails.
