Unfortunately you cannot give zero stars. Four packages in the last year have disappeared. When you call, no answer. Ever. When you email through the USPS site, you get an automated response. When you go inside, supervisors and managers are NEVER available. This is exactly the reason the USPS hemorrhages money! Obviously theft and still ongoing. Business is going back to FEDEX and UPS.
They never awnser the damn phone so dont try calling ive been calling for the past 2+ hours Amd i havent got not one awnser to my cal nor have they called back
