Nice place it's clean on the inside with pleanty of parking, close to two parks one is really nice the other is awful it's dirty, smelly and the city don't care. The other is nice, but after dark it's a different story. That's Elkhart.
A nice building to rent for parties or other gatherings. Good parking, easy to get to, close to a grocery store.
