Tried ordering for delivery from my son and daughter-in-law's house. They have delivered here plenty of times. I got told it's just outside of the delivery area. They are less than 5 miles away. I was told I could try calling another store that is 9miles away. How much sense does that make???
Order was incorrect and pizza poor, only good part was the delivery was on time and friendly. Shorted dipping sauces and ingredients on pizza
This is my favorite location among all Papa John's near me. The staff is always friendly. They have always made my strange combinations correctly.., which is awesome. The wait time average, sometimes super quick, other times just normal; but you'll have that considering the amount of orders they have. Great job, keep up the good work!!
Worst customer service I have ever had! I was staying at a hotel right next door, did not honor any coupons that were on their own keycard. The woman on phone was terribly rude, absolutely did not care and it took more that an hour to prepare on a Tuesday night! OK so pizza arrived and is the worst pizza I ever had.... Straight into the garbage!
Worst service I've ever had from a Papa John's. Received the wrong order, then was told that they wouldn't remake order because I didn't have the full order. There were half eaten pieces thrown into the box, from all of the guests I had over that didn't care for the incorrect toppings. They have to legally throw the pizza away anyway, so my dumpster should be just fine.
