Made an appointment in advance. I got in on the appointed time. Had all my questions answered. They were professional, I was surprised to get that quality of service from the Federal Government. Great job from the people working there!
The workers there literally never know when someone's calling.
No one will answer the phone, what a bunch of crap.
Usually end up waiting a very long time. Some staff are nice and friendly. Some seem like they don't have a clue what they're doing, and end up losing paperwork that I faxed in AND took down to the office. The only reason they apologized for it was because I had a DATE-STAMPED copy that I showed them later.

The phone system is not any better. Currently, I've been on hold for over 50 minutes, and haven't talked to a single person. They obviously need to hire more people, or figure out something different because this does not work. I want to complete the phone survey, but you can't do the survey unless you wait for over an hour to talk to someone... So I just thought I'd go online and at least give a bad review.
