Martin Mckloskey was amazing to work with. He was honest and helpful. He gave the case his all and told me exactly what I needed to do to win (even if all I needed to do was shut up, listen and let him do his job) and we did! Any low ratings on here are from people that either lost to him or that weren't willing to do what it took to win. Trust me when I say this man is amazing and I hope you not only call him for his Awesome services but also VOTE MARTIN MCKLOSKEY for prosecutor!!!!
If you have money to throw away and do not care about the outcome of your case, by all means, hire him.
He told us his fees do not include an invoice, that he works above and beyond what he charges. When we pushed for an invoice, he said it would cost an additional $600. We fired him without paying the invoice fee. He contacted the court in my custody case and claimed we refused to pay him for his services which affected my case negatively. Additionally while talking to him via telephone about my case he was often extremely unprofessional in conversation and at times even inappropriate.
Marty was so awesome to defend me in a federal case I was brought into. He knew the law and was diligent and organized as he fought for what was right and sought Justice for me. He showed great detail and attention and won my case. I recommend Marty McCloskey to all of my friends that need legal counsel. I found him to have great integrity and to be very professional.
