Unhappy with whole attitude and their obvious delaying tactics.
Poor - have actually been a client for several years, no problem. Took a suit coat in, they ruined it - silk lining, they did not do properly, this was two weeks ago, they tried to 'fix' it, no luck. After days and days of run around, ie we need to get original receipt etc so they can determine what they will reimburse us for, TODAY they say what they did to fix it, it fit OK in their opinion- absolutely incorrect. No plans to reimburse us anything. We purchased two suit coats - sane brand,style, size - just color difference. the one NOT CLEANED BY THEM STILL IS FINE, OBVIOUS Difference.
