Zero stars. Called and asked for a quote on auto insurance. Whoever answered the phone barely spoke broken English. They took my information ie; vin#, year of auto and my business phone # with the statement they would call by end of day with quote. Never heard back. Glad they could ruin a birthday surprise for my sons. After 20+ years with SF it's time to competitively shop. Customer service plays a major role in who I do business with. This office dropped the ball. I'm positive that with 3 life policies, 2-3 auto policies and home owners I can get better rates elsewhere. Also I've had my policies moved from agent to agent by SF WAY to many times in the last few years.
We have our car insurance, life insurance and just added our mortgage through Justin Palmer State farm!!! Very helpful on questions and honest about what he thinks is best for us on mortgage! Justin and staff are super friendly and always willing help! It's definitely more of a friendship relationship with Justin and staff, not just business!
